Associate, Customer Strategy Consultant

Strativity’s Associate Consultants work with the guidance of more experienced colleagues on discreet project related tasks including the preparation of draft client deliverables, the coordination of meetings and events and, in instances where larger group events are required, takes a lead role in all aspects of planning, logistics and execution (e.g. assessing space requirements, researching venue availability and costs, negotiating contracts for meeting space, F&B and overnight accommodations, liaising with event staff on site, coordinating activities regarding videography and AV, coordinating prep, printing and shipping of materials, scheduling and coordinating facilitator activities, etc.). Escalates as needed to more senior colleagues and keeps an eye open for new opportunities.

 

Functional Skills:

  • Has strong writing skills (good grammar/spelling strong proofreading and editing capabilities, etc.)

Senior Associate, Customer Strategy Consultant

Strativity’s Senior Associates manage discreet workstreams within larger scopes of work.  On larger programs, ensures that associate is working efficiently and effectively, and that manager is kept up to date on all critical strategic and tactical activities.  Liaises with internal (including facilitators and subcontractors) and client teams to ensure momentum is being maintained and issues are being remediated. Tracks and proactively communicates with manager and other stakeholders regarding additional project related activities/needs on the near-term horizon. Escalates as needed to more senior colleagues and keeps an eye open for new opportunities.

Manager, Customer Strategy Consultant

Strativity’s managers are accountable for the day to day success of the engagement.  Manages team resources, activities and timelines, coordinates client invoicing with Finance team, proactively reports to senior leadership on program progress, issues and opportunities and liaises with senior members of the client team on a day to day basis.

 

Functional Skills:

  • Is confident presenting materials to audiences at all levels of a client organization

  • Liaises with Finance team to ensure that invoicing activities are accurate and timely, and manages project P&L

Director of Innovation, Customer Strategy

Strativity’s Director of Innovation is responsible for design execution of innovation workshops and creating innovative new solutions for clients. Manage clients’ relationships and team resources, activities and overall project’s profitability. Develop new tools for innovation practice as well as coaching junior staff members in engaging with the innovation tool kit.

 

Functional Skills:

  • 5-7 years in conducting innovation work in both workshops and as a deliverable
