Strativity’s Director of Innovation is responsible for design execution of innovation workshops and creating innovative new solutions for clients. Manage clients’ relationships and team resources, activities and overall project’s profitability. Develop new tools for innovation practice as well as coaching junior staff members in engaging with the innovation tool kit.

Functional Skills:

  • 5-7 years in conducting innovation work in both workshops and as a deliverable
  • Exceptional workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to extrapolate from ideas and create greater innovative outcomes

  • Ability to create and deliver content to both C level and frontline level
