Strativity’s managers are accountable for the day to day success of the engagement.  Manages team resources, activities and timelines, coordinates client invoicing with Finance team, proactively reports to senior leadership on program progress, issues and opportunities and liaises with senior members of the client team on a day to day basis.

Functional Skills:

  • Is confident presenting materials to audiences at all levels of a client organization
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Liaises with Finance team to ensure that invoicing activities are accurate and timely, and manages project P&L
  • Is willing to engage with client on issues relating to budget, scope creep, etc.
  • Is able to contribute content to winning proposals and able to create “client-ready” proposals
  • Understands engagement pricing
  • Confidently runs meetings for stakeholders at all levels (internal and client side)
  • Moves ideas and proposals to finalization
  • Is actively looking for new business opportunities with clients
  • Works with colleagues to identify and frame up additional scope opportunities at existing clients
  • Is continually developing relationships / networking with clients and across the industries we serve
  • Leads by example

Technical Skills:

  • Outlook, Microsoft Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint, online ordering (e.g., tangible memories, etc.)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Basic/advanced formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup, indexing in Excel
  • Overall technical savviness; ability to learn new tools

Travel Requirement

  • Up to 50% travel is anticipated

Education Requirement

  • A college degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred
