Strativity’s Senior Associates manage discreet workstreams within larger scopes of work.  On larger programs, ensures that associate is working efficiently and effectively, and that manager is kept up to date on all critical strategic and tactical activities.  Liaises with internal (including facilitators and subcontractors) and client teams to ensure momentum is being maintained and issues are being remediated. Tracks and proactively communicates with manager and other stakeholders regarding additional project related activities/needs on the near-term horizon. Escalates as needed to more senior colleagues and keeps an eye open for new opportunities.

Functional Skills:

  • Prepares and reviews draft/final deliverables for client readiness

  • Comfortable creating and managing complex workstream and timelines

Technical Skills:

  • Outlook, Microsoft Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint, online ordering (e.g., tangible memories, etc.)
  • PowerPoint presentation development, formatting, content building, etc.
  • Basic/advanced formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup, indexing in Excel
  • Overall technical savviness; ability to learn new tools

Soft Skills:

  • Can have difficult conversations (e.g., share bad news)
  • Provides sensitive/constructive feedback to facilitators
  • Navigates internal project team structure (e.g., roles & responsibilities) with confidence and as a leader
  • Has strong emotional intelligence and is measured and balanced in all interactions
  • Can manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Can handle stress and ambiguity with maturity
  • Can manage time and moving timelines

Travel Requirement

  • Up to 50% travel is anticipated

Education Requirement

  • A college degree is preferred
