Effective 12/05/2018, Strativity Group, LLC (“Strativity”, also referred to below as “we” “our” and “us”), together with its division Touchpoint Dashboard, is in compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. Strativity has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.
