Business Challenge

As one of the country’s largest propane companies, AmeriGas partnered with Strativity to align brands and stores across the country, including a growing number of acquired businesses, through a renewed focus on customer experience.

Path to Change

Strativity created a program to help rebuild employee pride in the national family of brands and the power of the larger organization. The program helped employees and store managers understand the strength that comes from being part of a larger company. Sessions were delivered in-person across the country.

Results

A unifying message was created across all brands, balancing local and national pride and power. Understanding their strengths elevated employees’ conversations with customers from price to value in what can easily be a commoditized market.
