From The Conference Board’s Change Management Conference in New York City.

At The Conference Board’s 13th Annual Change Management conference in New York City, Strativity founder and President Lior Arussy challenged attendees to rethink their definition and approach to change with his presentation: “Rethinking Change: From an Event to a Life Reality.” Change is no longer an event with periods of calmness between them. It is ongoing, fast, and restless. Change should be a core capability of every employee every day.
