In Excellence Every Day, Strativity Group’s Lior Arussy demonstrates that a company’s success is the direct consequence of the many choices its people make daily. His inspired (and inspiring) remedy is the “Daily Choice,” a strategy that empowers employees to reach new heights of excellence—delighting customers and achieving superior results from the bottom up.
Each month, on hci.org’s employee engagement channel, we’re sharing excerpts from the chapter entitled, “Leading Your Employees to Excellence.” This month’s excerpt focuses on serving the employee. For managers to awaken the excellence of their employees, they must remove the bureaucratic obstacles and provide the tools, information and authority employees need to perform.
