Customer Experience Services Will Be Available in the Nordic region

Under terms of the agreement, KOBRA will offer Strativity Group’s customer experience research and consulting services as well as educational services in The Nordics.
These offerings which include Experience 360®, Experience Inventory™, The Economics of Customer Experience™, Customer Strategy Assessment™, Evolve Your Performance™ training programs and will be adapted according to local market requirements.
