Easy: Make it easy to do business with you. Always focus on reducing wasted time when interacting with you. Demonstrate respect for his or her time and efforts.

Educate: Teach your customer something new. Ever interaction should leave the customer with new, meaningful insight. The customer should feel that you are empowering him or her with useful knowledge.

Engage: Conduct an authentic dialogue with your customers, and encourage each customer to engage with like-minded customers. Be the connector that enhances the customer’s network and helps him to be more successful.

Explore: Allow your customers to explore new and exciting areas by enabling them to build her own creations using your products. (If you don’t, your competitors will.)

Exceptional: Recognize individuality and communicate with him in ways that are relevant to him. In moments of truth, when the customer needs you the most, shine.Deliver exceptional performance that demonstrates that your relationship is here to stay.
