February CX Pulse Study

Customer Relationship Status: “It’s Complicated!”


Despite the plethora of “We Love Our Customers” mugs and t-shirts, only 14% of relationships between customers and organizati​ons are “True Love,” according to a recent CX Pulse survey released by Strativity Group Inc. However, of those surveyed, 58% report that their relationships are “enhancing and improving.”



The number one accelerator of strong customer relationships named by study participants was culture and commitment.
