Who Will Be Crowned Service Star 2008? It Could Be You!

CRMXchange and Strativity Group to Produce Internet’s First–and Only–CRM/Contact Center Reality Game Show

MONTVALE, NJ, April 1, 2008 – You’ve watched them dance, you’ve heard them sing, you’ve watched them get fired in the boardroom, and get kicked off the island.

Now, the time for watching is over. It’s your turn to be a star.

Do you think your company knows how to deliver outstanding customer service? Prove it! Coming this June, Service Star 2008™ is the first-and only-Internet reality game show for CRM/contact center professionals. You and your colleagues can compete against other customer service teams from around the globe in a competition to deliver solutions to the most vexing customer service issues and problems in the market today.

From the initial pool of contestants, the field of competitors will be narrowed to six teams, based on their creative solutions to typical contact center problems. Subsequent elimination rounds will cut the two lowest-scoring teams in each round. As the winning teams progress through each round, the challenges will get tougher and the judging more intense.

A panel of industry experts will judge the performance and solutions posed by each team. Each solution will be judged by audience members and the judging panels based on its originality, effectiveness, first-call resolution, profitability and its overall effect on customer retention. Watch out for fireworks when these judges get going.

A panel of industry experts including host Lior Arussy, president of Strativity group, and judges Sheryl Kingstone, director Enterprise Research of the Yankee Group, Penny Reynolds and Maggie Klenke, founding partners of The Call Center School, and a senior representative from Genesys, will judge the teams’ performance and solutions promises to keep the show lively.

In the end, there can be only one Service Star 2008™ winner. It could be your company!

At Service Star 2008™, everyone wins. Our champions will take home a handsome trophy, bragging rights and a check for $1,000 to be donated to the charity of the winning group’s choosing.
